Thinx Lawsuit Class Action Payment 2024 Settlement Amount
In 2023, Thinx agreed to a $4 million settlement to resolve a class action lawsuit alleging that their period underwear contained harmful chemicals. The settlement applies to consumers who purchased Thinx period underwear between November 12, 2016, and November 28, 2020. The eligible products include the cotton brief, sport, boyshort, French cut, hiphugger, and thong styles.
As part of the settlement, Thinx has committed to ensuring that no harmful chemicals are intentionally added to their products.
